HKU will be hosting an inspiring series of public talks on Career Aspiration at HKU, designed to guide both students and parents in making informed decisions for their universities, programmes and future career. The talks will be hosted on May 13, 20 and 25.
22 to 25 May 2023, HKU organises a JUPAS Information Week for JUPAS applicants. JUPAS applicants can take this opportunity to get the latest updates on programmes and admissions information from faculties. There will also be student sharing sessions, mock lectures and lab visits.
We are going to host a virtual session for students who are interested in knowing more about HKU’s scholarship offers. Our scholarship recipients will share with you some tips and technical skills on how to make applications as well as how the scholarships actually help them to pursue their studies in Hong Kong. In order to help you better prepare your supporting documents for SNDAS, HKU is hosting the “Tips to Succeed in your SNDAS Application” Online Sharing Session. In the session, Chris Guan and Alex Shiu, who are admitted to HKU through SNDAS, will share their experience and provide tips for preparing their personal statement, portfolio, and SNDAS interview during the session. Mr. Edwin Ng, our Student Recruitment Counsellor, will also share the latest update on SNDAS for this year’s HKDSE students.
We are glad to have Dr. Shiming Zhang, Assistant Professor at the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, join the information session and give a presentation on how studying Engineering is, the current trend and demand in the industry, and the uniqueness of our BME programme.
